Admin Assistant

Job Context

Our club, SICA, has been rapidly growing lately. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative assistant to join our team and drive our club's growth.

Job Responsibility

1. Respond to incoming phone calls, couriers, and letters.

2. Assist in organizing meetings, employee gatherings, and company events.

3. In charge of company license and certificate renewal on a regular basis according to the relevant requirements.

4. Responsible for preparing documents as per ISO requirements and ensuring that the company's daily operations comply with the ISO requirements.

5. Coordinate and monitor internal training programs for employees.

6. Review and update health, safety, security, and environmental policies.

7. Record company vehicle mileage and fuel consumption daily.

8. Responsible for the execution of the tenancy agreements for warehouses or other premises (such as hostels), and the relevant utility bills.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
